Maintenance to house exterior & fencing
Ashley & his team completed a range of maintenance work for me including sash window repairs & painting, fixing some loose roof tiles, repointing and replacing a garden gate & fence panel. Everything was done to a high standard. The team were efficient, courteous and left the place tidy. Ashley also came up with a good solution to a trick issue with the gate. Highly recommended

20 year old fencing replacement success.
Ashley successfully replaced our 20 year old rotten ivy covered garden fence. He has done a really great job in spite of the need to clear mountains of ivy, ancient builders' rubble, thick tree roots and concrete fencing posts. The result is much admired by both us and all that see it. A challenging and difficult job really well done.

Complete Redecoration of front of house

Household maintenance
If anyone needs work doing on their house, look no further than Ashley of ACE Maintenance. Ashley is brilliant and heads a first rate team. He has recently completed painting all the woodwork on the front of tmy house - lots of windows, a timber porch, a big balcony across the front etc, all well overdue. In some places the wood had so severely deteriorated it needed replacing - I could actually stick my finger through one of the window frames and wave it at myself through the glass! Other, totally unrelated, problems emerged while Ashley was working on the house (one of these was a drip, drip, drip through my bathroom ceiling - utnred out it was about to fall on top of me) and he immediately dealt with these. Ashley is totally professional and a perfectionist. He has done a brilliant job for me. I can highly recommend him.
